Founded by singer/keyboardist Marc Darcange and featuring talented musicians such as Angelo Bruschini (guitars - Massive Attack ; Blue Aeroplanes) and Jason X (bass, keyboards, vocals – Transposer), Saint Mars has been described in the press as "perhaps the greatest up and coming alternative rock band to come out of the U.K. for some time" (Swept Magazine).

Following their critically acclaimed 2017 EP, "Ocean Blues", the band are releasing their latest single, "Somewhere Somebody" on 28th April, part of their forthcoming concept album centred on the true story of one 13 year-old boy’s tragic experience as a result of sustained bullying. The singer of the track, Tryzdin Grubbs, was hand-chosen by Saint Mars leader, Marc Darcange, to give authenticity to the tracks on the album sung by the protagonist, little realising that Tryzdin himself has suffered significantly as a result of bullying. With a band also featuring long-term Massive Attack guitarist, Angelo Bruschini, "Somewhere Somebody" is a powerful, intoxicating experience, with a video to be released on the same day as the single which emphasises the impact bullying can have on peoples’ lives.

Tryzdin shot to fame at the age of 11 years old, when a Youtube video of him singing Adele’s "Hello" went stratospheric, accumulating nearly 3.4 million views so far (not including many more millions across international media), catching Marc’s attention along the way. Flying to Columbus in America with the intention of recording just one track – six tracks later, it became clear that the parallels between the boy around whom the concept album revolves and Tryzdin were startling, from his age to his personal experiences.

"Somewhere Somebody" showcases Tryzdin’s mature, yearning vocals alongside some almost liquid-like keyboard atmospherics and chiming guitar. The video reinforces the song’s narrative of the 13 year-old boy looking for love via his mobile phone, only to realise that he must love himself first. The single also features an acoustic version of Saint Mars’ first single, "Ocean Blues", and a Vantablack remix of Somewhere Somebodyand will appear on the album, "Celesteville", to be released later in 2018.
